Account & Registration

Registration methods available

Four methods: one-click, email, phone number, or a linked social account. All four lead to the same account type, just with different sign-up steps. Full details are on the Registration & Login page.

Minimum age to register

18. Accounts found to belong to someone under that age are blocked and any deposited funds are returned.

Number of accounts allowed per person

One. Duplicate accounts from the same person get blocked, along with any balance tied to them.

Recovering a forgotten password

The “Forgot password” link on the login page sends a reset link by email or SMS, depending on which contact method is on file.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Fees on deposits and withdrawals

No platform commission on either. A bank or payment provider may still apply its own fee independently.

Withdrawing to a different method than the deposit

Generally not possible — withdrawals go back through the same method the deposit came from, as a standard anti-fraud control.

Typical processing time for a withdrawal

Digital wallets and cryptocurrency are usually fastest; cards and bank transfers can take longer. Full method-by-method detail is on the Deposits & Withdrawals page.

Verification requirement before withdrawing

Yes — identity verification (KYC) has to be completed before the first withdrawal is processed, regardless of the method chosen.

Bonuses & Loyalty

Enrollment in the loyalty program

Automatic — every registered account starts at the entry tier with no separate sign-up. Progress comes from ongoing betting activity and unlocks better cashback at each tier. See the Bonuses page for how tiers and cashback work.

Redeeming loyalty points

Points earned from betting are spent in the Promo Code Store on free bets and similar rewards — covered in detail on the Promo Codes page.

Running more than one bonus at once

Usually not — one active bonus at a time is the standard rule. Finish or cancel the current one before starting the next.

What happens if a bonus isn't wagered in time

If the wagering requirement isn't met within the bonus's validity window — typically around 30 days — the bonus and any funds tied to it are removed from the account.

Betting & Games

Casino games available without registering

No — an account is required to play, though most slots and table games offer a demo mode for trying a title before betting real money.

Whether crash games have a winning strategy

No — each round is independently randomized, so no sequence of past results predicts the next one. Details are on the Crash Games page.

Placing a bet without an account

Odds and event listings are visible without registering, but placing a bet, depositing, or withdrawing all require an account.

App & Access

Whether a dedicated iOS app exists

Not currently — iOS access runs through the mobile-optimized website, which can be added to the home screen for an app-like shortcut. Full setup steps are on the App page.

Why the Android app isn't on the Play Store

Google Play restricts real-money betting apps in most regions, so the Android app is distributed as a direct APK download from the official site instead.

Account Security

Whether support ever asks for a password or one-time code

No, never. Legitimate support staff don't request a password, OTP, or PIN under any circumstance. Anyone asking for these is attempting a scam — don't share them, and change the password immediately if it may have been exposed.

Protecting an account from unauthorized access

Turning on two-factor authentication in account settings, using a password of at least 8 characters with a mix of numbers and symbols, and logging out on shared devices cover the basics. Logging in from a new device typically triggers an extra verification step automatically.

Verifying a link or domain is genuine

Betting operators are frequently impersonated by copycat domains. Typing the address directly into the browser rather than clicking links from messages or ads, and double-checking the domain before entering login details, are the main ways to avoid a fake site.
